SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • All orders will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package has been shipped.

  • We do not ship internationally because of the potential for product damage, high shipping costs, and customs fees. Only the U.S.A.  

  • All candles are made-to-order. Each shipment takes between 1-2 business days to produce.   

  • The estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days.   

  • INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION: The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped. If your purchase is a gift and you need your order mailed to different address, please make sure that address is in the “Shipping Details”  section - do NOT leave it in the notes section. Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that are lost due to INCORRECT addresses. 

  • If you are on a time crunch and need your order expedited, please reach out to us first and if approved, you may purchase our expedited service.  

  • If you have not received your package, please contact USPS first as they may require additional information from you. Please reference your tracking number. If no resolution is made, please contact us and we will work together to resolve the matter. NOTE: If the USPS tracking number indicates the package was delivered, it will be considered as such.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • All orders are custom-made and thoroughly inspected before mailing off. There are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES. We will replace an item if defective or damaged in transit. 

  • If an item was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please note that is 72 hours from the date delivered as shown on tracking details.

  •  Sorry, we do NOT accept cancellations!

POLICIES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS/EVENTS

  • For custom orders, we do not issue digital proofs of your design. Please note by requesting proof, an additional 3-5 business days will be added to your production time. Please take this time frame into consideration when planning final delivery date.

  • If an error is made on our end, we will ship out a replacement order at no charge within 24-48 hours of notice. And since we all make mistakes, if an error was made on your end, we will ship you a replacement at a discounted rate within 2-3 days. Please contact us and we will work through the details.

  • Before ordering, please read the instructions carefully and leave all the necessary information. Failure to follow instructions could result in errors at no fault to our shop.
