REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

 

  • ​All orders are custom-made and thoroughly inspected before mailing off. There are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, or EXCHANGES. We will replace an item if defective or damaged in transit. 

  • If an item was damaged in transit, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
    Please note that is 72 hours from the date delivered as shown on tracking details.

  • Sorry, we do NOT accept cancellations!

CUSTOM/EVENT ORDERS POLICY

  • For custom orders, we do not issue digital proofs of your design. Please note by requesting proof, an additional 3-5 business days will be added to your production time. Please take this time frame into consideration when planning final delivery date.

  • If an error is made on our end, we will ship out a replacement order at no charge within 24-48 hours of notice. And since we all make mistakes, if an error was made on your end, we will ship you a replacement at a discounted rate within 2-3 days. Please contact us and we will work through the details.

  • Before ordering, please read the instructions carefully and leave all the necessary information. Failure to follow instructions could result in errors at no fault to our shop.
