All orders will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your package has been shipped.

We do not ship internationally because of the potential for product damage, high shipping costs, and customs fees. Only to the U.S.A.

All candles are made-to-order. Each shipment takes between 3-4 business days to produce.

The estimated delivery time is between 5-7 business days.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION: The shipping address can only be changed before the order has been shipped. If your purchase is a gift and you need your order mailed to different address, please make sure that address is in the “Shipping Details” section - do NOT leave it in the notes section. Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that are lost due to INCORRECT addresses.

If you are on a time crunch and need your order expedited, please reach out to us first and if approved, you may purchase our expedited service.

If you have not received your package, please contact USPS first as they may require additional information from you. Please reference your tracking number. If no resolution is made, please contact us and we will work together to resolve the matter. NOTE: If the USPS tracking number indicates the package was delivered, it will be considered as such.
