    • Collection Investment:$3,750(approximately $25 per candle)

    Custom Fragrance Collection

    Develop an exclusive fragrance created specifically for your brand.

    • Minimum Order: Approximately 380 candles

    Custom fragrance projects require a minimum fragrance production of 25 pounds, which yields approximately 380 candles.

    • Laser-engraved wood lid

    • Personalized consultation

    • Production and quality inspection

    Custom boxes, cork lids, specialty label finishes, and additional packaging upgrades are available upon request.

  • Production timelines vary depending on the level of customization and the scope of your project. While every project is unique, below are our typical lead times.

    Private Label Collections

    Please allow approximately 8–12 weeks from initial consultation to final delivery. This timeline may include:

    • Fragrance Development: 2–3 weeks for fragrance sourcing, testing, revisions, and approval.

    • Custom Packaging: Approximately 3–4 weeks for custom box production and delivery after final artwork approval.

    • Production: Filling, curing, assembly, quality inspection, and final packaging.

    • Delivery: Your completed collection is carefully packaged and shipped to your location.

    Wholesale Collections

    Orders from our Curated Fragrance Collection featuring HaciendAroma’s standard packaging typically ship within 2–3 weeks, depending on order volume and inventory availability.

    We understand that timing is important, and our team works diligently to complete every project as efficiently as possible. Because each private label collection involves multiple stages and collaboration between several specialized teams, timelines may vary.
